Multi-protocol acquisition

Connect your sensors via Modbus RTU (RS-485), Modbus TCP (Ethernet), and 4–20 mA analog inputs directly to the gateway. Supports standard physical quantities: temperature (PT100/PT1000 via transmitter), pressure, flow, level, motor current, and vibration. Up to 200 measurement points per gateway.

Advanced Configurable Thresholds

Go beyond simple high/low thresholds. Configure contextual thresholds (which vary depending on the time of day or production mode), rate-of-change thresholds, a minimum duration for a value to remain above or below a threshold before an alert is triggered (to avoid false positives caused by transients), and logical AND/OR combinations between multiple variables.

CMMS / GMAO Integration

Connect the RS-485 sensors

Connect your Modbus RTU sensors to the gateway's RS-485 bus (terminals A+, B-, GND). For 4-20 mA transmitters, connect them directly to the gateway's analog terminals. The gateway automatically detects the wiring—no network address configuration is required on the sensor side for analog inputs.

Configure Alert Thresholds

In the Eziwan web interface, define the trigger thresholds for each variable: critical high value, warning high value, warning low value, and critical low value. Add a minimum duration (e.g., trigger only if the threshold is exceeded for more than 5 minutes) to eliminate false positives.

Get alerts

As soon as a threshold is exceeded, the Eziwan platform triggers the configured notifications in less than 30 seconds. An SMS is sent to the on-call technician, an email is sent to the maintenance manager, and a webhook is sent to your CMMS to automatically create a work order. Alerts are logged with a timestamp, trigger value, and duration.

High-Voltage Transformers
