Real-Time Production Dashboard

View real-time production in kW by inverter, by string, and by site; cumulative daily/monthly/annual kWh; and the Performance Ratio (PR), calculated continuously by comparing it to the measured irradiance (W/m²), the normalized power curve, and production forecasts based on local weather. Data is refreshed every 5 seconds via WebSocket.

Underproduction Alerts Based on Weather Conditions

When the output of an inverter or string falls below the expected threshold (based on the irradiance measured by the pyranometer), Eziwan automatically triggers a “low output” alert that includes: current value, expected value, percentage difference, and the name of the faulty string (SolarEdge optimizer ID or SMA MPPT). SMS, email, and webhook notifications are sent within 5 minutes.

Automatic Production Reports

Automatically generate your daily, monthly, and annual reports in PDF or Excel format: gross production (kWh), normalized production (kWh/kWp), monthly performance ratio, availability rate, and detailed system losses. Automatically send these reports via email to your lenders, fund managers, and banking partners on the 1st of each month.

Detection of Inverter Stalls

String-by-string comparison of DC currents (DCA SunSpec Model 160 registers) makes it possible to detect an MPPT dropout, a module failure, or a connection fault on a specific string of the inverter. For SolarEdge installations with optimizers, monitoring is performed at the individual panel level. Precise location on the wiring diagram is important.

Automatic PR Calculation and Availability

The Performance Ratio (PR = Actual Production / Theoretical Production) is calculated continuously and on a periodic basis. Theoretical production is calculated based on measured irradiance (Kipp & Zonen CMP3 pyranometer) or satellite data (Solargis Pvspot), depending on the configuration. The availability rate tracks every minute of downtime per piece of equipment and generates a monthly contractual availability report.

ENEDIS Export and Requirements > 250 kWp

Generators with a capacity greater than 250 kWp are required to report to ENEDIS (daily production readings, hourly load curves). Eziwan automatically generates the reporting files in S21 format and transmits them via the ENEDIS CONNECT API. For solar farms subject to the TURPE HTA, 10-minute load profiles can be exported in CDX/CSV format, which is compatible with the DSO’s billing tools.

Remote Monitoring Requirements

ENEDIS/RTE decrees, orders, and requirements: The Eziwan platform is designed to meet all regulatory requirements for remote monitoring and reporting by renewable energy producers in France.

Effective: May 28, 2019

The decree of May 28, 2019, regarding electrical energy storage systems imposes monitoring and remote monitoring requirements for grid-connected storage facilities. Operators of BESS batteries with a capacity greater than 1 MW must maintain a permanent remote monitoring connection with the grid operator (RTE or ENEDIS) that transmits, at a minimum: operational status, active and reactive power, state of charge (SOC), and availability. The Eziwan platform meets these requirements through its bidirectional Modbus TCP interface and its ENTSO-E exports.
