Frequently Asked Questions

How often does the platform update?

Cloud updates are deployed continuously, without any service interruption. Gateway firmware follows a quarterly release cycle, with security patches released as needed.

Are firmware updates automatic?

Not by default: You schedule OTA campaigns by group, outside of production hours, with automatic rollback. Critical security patches can be deployed as a priority after your approval.

How can I stay up to date on the latest news?

Each version is documented on this page; major changes are announced via email to administrators and in the console.
