The Eziwan dashboard provides a centralized, real-time view of all your routers—from 1 to 10,000 devices.
Overview of the Park
Three display modes are available:

Real-time metrics on each device:
- Status (ONLINE / OFFLINE / DEGRADED / MAINTENANCE)
- SIM active + carrier + RSRP signal
- VPN latency and uptime
- Last activity
Organize by groups
Organize your fleet using a flexible hierarchy:
Alerts, configurations, and permissions can be set at the group level. A change to a deployment profile for a group applies to all of its members.
Custom Tags
Use custom tags to filter and segment:
env:production → routeurs en production
env:staging → drivers and tests
type:energie → compteurs / onduleurs
type:industrie → automates / IHM
Criticality: High → Enhanced SLA
client:acme → parc client
Use the following tags in the alert rules: "Alert all criticite:haute routers that go offline."

Mass Zero-Touch Provisioning
To deploy 10, 50, or 500 routers all at once:
- Dashboard → Fleet → Import CSV — import a CSV file (columns:
name,site,profile,tags) - Eziwan generates a ZTP token for each row
- Export the CSV file with the tokens added
- Send it to your logistics provider for pre-shipment tagging
Each router automatically applies the correct configuration when it is turned on.

How many devices can be managed from the console?
From a few routers to several thousand: management by groups and tags keeps the operational load virtually constant, regardless of the size of the fleet.
How to Organize a Multi-Region Fleet?
Create groups by region, business line, or criticality, then assign configuration profiles and alert rules at the group level. Cross-tags (e.g., “pumping” + “Brittany”) refine views and bulk actions.
Can an action be applied to the entire fleet at once?
Yes: configuration pushes, scheduled firmware updates, reboots, and certificate rotations can be applied by site, by group, or across the entire fleet, with the option to test them first on a pilot site.
How can I track data usage on the SIM cards in my fleet?
The SIM dashboard aggregates usage by SIM card, router, and group, with threshold alerts before the data plan is exceeded—essential for keeping M2M connectivity costs under control.
