What are the requirements to become an Eziwan partner?

Accepted Answer

To join the Eziwan Partner Program, you simply need to be an engineering firm, system integrator, or distributor active in the field of industrial automation. There is no minimum sales volume requirement for joining the program. We simply ask that you complete an online form, attend the two-day training session, and carry out an initial deployment with support from our team. Certified Partner status is granted upon completion of the first validated project.

Question 2

Is technical training required before reselling Eziwan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the 2-day training course is mandatory for reseller partners. It covers gateway configuration, OpenVPN/IPSec VPN deployment, configuration of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA), an introduction to the partner portal, and sales pitches. This training is conducted in person at our offices or remotely via videoconference. It is fully covered by Eziwan as part of the partner program.

As a partner, what level of technical support will my teams receive?

Accepted Answer

Certified partners have access to a dedicated technical support line with a guaranteed response time of less than 4 hours on business days. You have access to a pre-sales engineer to help you qualify complex opportunities, and to a support engineer to resolve production issues. We also provide a partner knowledge base with diagnostic procedures, configuration scripts, and integration guides for major PLC brands.

What kind of profit margins can I expect from reselling gateways and SaaS licenses?

Accepted Answer

Eziwan’s reseller margins are 30% on hardware (gateways) and 40% on cloud subscriptions (SaaS licenses). These margins are fixed and non-negotiable for all partners. Margin bonuses (up to an additional 5%) are granted for large-scale projects (>10 gateways) or for partners who meet annual volume thresholds. You bill your customers directly at the price you choose—there is no mandated retail price.

Is it possible to deploy the Eziwan solution under my own brand (white-label)?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the white-label option is available to Premium partners (a tier accessible once you have 20 or more activated gateways). It includes: customization of the web portal with your logo and colors, a subdomain of your choice (e.g., supervision.your-company.fr), notification emails to your customers sent from your domain, and removal of all references to Eziwan from the customer interface. Hardware can also be ordered without the Eziwan logo upon request (additional lead time).

What are the delivery times for the gateways for my projects?

Accepted Answer

The standard delivery time is 48 business hours for orders of 1 to 10 units from our French warehouse. For orders of more than 10 units, delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. In case of urgent need (project starting within 24 hours), an express delivery option is available upon request. Active partners can also access a reserve stock at their location (consignment program) for urgent deployments. Delivery via DHL Express or Chronopost, depending on volume.

How can I integrate the Eziwan platform into my own customer portal or ERP system?

Accepted Answer

The Eziwan REST API is documented on our developer portal and covers all of the platform's features: retrieval of real-time and historical data (/api/v1/devices/{id}/timeseries), gateway management (/api/v1/gateways), alert configuration, and user management. Authentication uses OAuth2 (Bearer token). Partner integrators are provided with a sandbox environment to develop and test the integration without impacting production. Webhooks are available to push alerts to your own ticketing system (CMMS, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow). A Python SDK and a Node.js SDK are available to accelerate development.

Does Eziwan offer co-selling or joint business opportunities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Eziwan Partner Program includes several ways to collaborate commercially. (1) Cross-listing: Your company is listed in our directory of integration partners, which is accessible to our industrial prospects. (2) Co-selling: For large opportunities (>20 gateways), our sales team can co-present the solution with you to the end customer. (3) Qualified leads: Prospects who contact Eziwan directly and require an integrator for deployment are referred to you based on your geographic region and industry specialty. (4) MDF (Market Development Funds): Gold and Platinum partners can access a co-funded marketing budget for events, webinars, or content.

Eziwan's technical documentation is comprehensive and kept up to date. It covers: Modbus configuration guides (with examples for Siemens S7, Schneider M340, Allen Bradley ControlLogix, Wago, and Beckhoff); protocol integration guides (OPC-UA, MQTT, REST API, M-Bus, DNP3); the OpenVPN/IPSec VPN configuration manual with examples for Fortinet, pfSense, and Cisco ASA; ZTP deployment guides for large-scale deployments; and industry-specific application notes (water, energy, manufacturing, building). Partners have access to the complete documentation portal, including PLC-specific configuration sheets. A dedicated Slack channel for partners provides quick technical support from our engineers.
